Our Cancellation Policy
Dear Valued Sweet T Salon Client,
We require a 48-hr notice for any appointment cancellations or there is a $25.00 charge for haircut services and $50.00 charge for chemical services. Same day cancellations for special event/wedding services will require 100% of the booked service.
As professional hair designers, our personal and professional income is based solely upon services provided to you- our valued clients. Arriving on time for your scheduled service insures the proper time necessary to comfortably complete your services and the services of others as they arrive on schedule throughout the day.
Please reschedule or cancel at least 48-hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
