Bio: As a native Raleigh girl raised on grits, Nancy is proud of her Southern roots. This Wolpack was Enloe’s former Homecoming & Prom Queen and loves helping others feel their best. She mastered the art of hair care at the International Institute of Hair Design while completing her degree in Spanish at NC State. After finishing her MBA at Chicago’s DePaul University, she returned to Raleigh to create Sweet T Salon. As Sweet T’s sports nut, she’s a proud Chicago White Sox & Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Crowned as Ms. Corporate America 2011, Nancy is a beauty enthusiast with an eye for the latest trends. She & her team are dedicated to providing superior customer care & crafting sharp, cutting-edge styles for professionals. Amy | Master Stylist & Director
Bio: Nancy’s mom, Amy – a devoted ballroom dancer and expert stylist – was the original owner. She has lived in Raleigh for 30+ years and practiced cosmetology in the area for 20+. She was the original owner of the salon. Amy does it all, from natural perms to highlights. Her welcoming personality and accomplished style have earned her a loyal base of customers, many have been coming to her their entire lives. (English and Vietnamese)

Chelsea | Master Stylist
Bio: This shabby chic Southern Georgia girl hung up her Georgia boots to come to North Carolina. Her advanced hair color skills come from extensive AVEDA training. She loves Sweet T Salon because it resembles her home town in a salon with Southern flair. As a proud mom, she is ready to give you family hair with a Southern flair. If you want to hear a true Southern accent, this Southern Belle is ready to do your hair.

Gloria | Master Stylist & Co-Artistic Director
Bio: By way of Cali, Colombia, Gloria shares 10+ years of cosmetology experience. She mastered the art of hair care at the International Institute of Hair Design with Nancy. Ask them about the time that they got lost in NYC during a hair show at the Javits Jacobs Center in 2001. Gloria loves to provide the latest color and highlights. Rosa | Master Stylist & Co-Artistic Director
Bio: A former beauty school instructor, Rosa is a master of her craft and prides herself on creating designs that perfectly match her clients’ individual styles. She has one son at Millbrook High School and another who was honored with Wake County Schools’ Spotlight on Students Award. With school-aged children, Rosa is intrinsically connected with the Raleigh community she serves so avidly. (English and Spanish)

Melinda | Sweet Stylist, Office Manager
Bio: Young and chic, Melinda constantly changes her style to reflect the freshest fashions. She loves Disney Princesses and anything beautiful and fashionable. She resides in Cary and worked at Pullen Park Pool as a teen, bringing another splash of local community flavor to the salon. Melinda uses her cutting-edge fashion sense to design masterpieces that don’t just keep up with new trends – they set them.
Cindy | Sweet Stylist
Bio: Cindy Murray is a Raleigh Native dedicated to her profession. She graduated from Troutman’s Hairstyling School in 1983 and also has a Fashion Merchandising Certification from Hardbarger’s School of Business. The choice in her career is a correlation of her belief in creativity and design. With 30 years of experience, she wants every client to be pleased with they way they look. She also loves meeting new people. While not at work she loves to spend her free time with her two children and she loves taking walks along Raleigh’s lovely Greenway trails.

Bea | Sweet Strategist & Business Developer
Bio: A New York City Native, Beatriz moved to the Raleigh area in 2009 with her husband, child and baby #2 on the way. In NYC, Beatriz had graduated from Adelphi University with a Business Management Degree concentrating on Finance. Her career years in NY encompassed being a NASDAQ Securities Trader for a Boutique Brokerage Firm. Later, she worked at TD Waterhouse and E*Trade as an Account Executive. When she became a Mom, she decided to take a break from her career to raise her children, but as a career woman at heart, she still involved herself on several endeavours that helped her raise her children and still be involved in business. In NYC, she had helped several small start-up business owners in creating strategies that help their businesses. Here in N.C. she’s involved in the community by volunteering her time to a local non-profit as business development director. One of Beatriz’s passions is small business which lets her hone her skills in Business Management. Brenda | Boutique Associate and Sweet Stylist
Bio: Brenda previously worked as a stylist at JCPenney, and now serves customers at her boutique in Sweet T Salon. A native North Carolinian, she exudes a friendly and easy-going personality that illuminates Sweet T Salon with the glow of Southern hospitality.
